GM&AC 2021

General Meeting: online | Annual Conference: The Hague, the Netherlands

Date: 20-05-21

During the last EReg General meeting, we informed you that we would have liked to organise the next General Meeting and Annual Conference (GM&AC) in The Hague in May 2021. Unfortunately, we are still in the COVID-19 crisis and many of us will probably not be able to travel in May. Therefore, we had to decide to change the planning for the GM&AC 2021. This means that the General Meeting will take place virtually on 20 May 2021 in the morning. The Annual Conference will be postponed to a later point in time in 2021 and will still take place in The Hague. You can find more information about this below.

Save the date: Virtual General Meeting 2021

The General Meeting will take place virtually, just like last year. Because of EReg’s status as AISBL, it is a judicial obligation to organise a yearly General Meeting. Because of this, an online General Meeting will be organised on 20 May 2021 in the morning. This meeting will handle the formal matters of the Association. Furthermore, we are thinking about organising additional online events on 19 May 2021. We are still working on the specifics, but please reserve these days for the General Meeting. The official invitation, draft agenda and registration forms will follow at the beginning of April.

Annual Conference 2021: The Hague

It was decided to postpone the Annual Conference to a later point in time in 2021 (we are considering September, October or November 2021). The plan is still to have the Annual Conference in The Hague. Currently we are working in the specific details. We will keep you updated about this.

Many thanks in advance for your understanding. We hope that this will be the last virtual General Meeting that is needed, and that we can meet each other face to face again in the Hague at the Annual Conference!
